Capital Wing, previously GMB Finance, on refinancing transaction for € 28,5 million of POLIS SGR
Capital Wing, previously GMB Finance, provided STAR I of Polis Fondi SGRpA on the refinancing operation of 3 solar photovoltaic plants, located in several Italian regions, with an installed capacity of 14 MW, at a value of € 28.5 million.
The refinancing involved Intesa Sanpaolo Bank and led to early prepay the already existing leasing
contracts on the same photovoltaic plants, taking out a new loan in line with actual market conditions,
that allows to reduce the cost of credit by approximately 470 bps., generating a cash surplus of
approximately 3.5 million.
Capital Wing, previously GMB Finance, with the team coordinated by Gian Marco Bardelli, Emanuela Bolla e Matteo
Gambini, supported STAR I of Polis Fondi SGRpA managing the prepayment process of the leasing
contracts, negotiating the brakeage costs with banks, coordinating all involved parts together,
managing the relations with banks, and performing hedging advisory tasks.
